Programs
I’m a dietitian specialising in medically supervised weight loss support and bariatric surgery care, with a degree in psychological science. I work through structured programs rather than one-off appointments, at the level where change actually happens: your habits, your patterns, and your relationship with food. Telehealth, Australia-wide.
I take on a limited number of new clients each month. Every program starts with a free assessment and a relaxed intro call.
Who I work with
For people ready to change their relationship with food, health and self

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Some are on a medically supervised weight loss program, or preparing for bariatric surgery, and want to make it count. Others have spent years cycling through restrictive diets, or find themselves caught in emotional or binge eating. My focus is not on control, but on understanding what sits beneath these patterns.
These challenges often show up in everyday life, such as:
My work is about understanding these patterns with clarity and care, creating a sense of safety that makes real change feel possible. The goal is not perfection, but steady, sustainable progress that feels honest and achievable.
Every appointment is delivered via telehealth, so you can access support from anywhere in Australia.
What I help with
Where my work makes the biggest difference
Most care leaves a gap. Appointments are short, and they focus on the physical: the numbers, the test results, the script. Yet one of the most powerful levers for better health is how you actually live, eat and cope, day to day, and the deeper patterns driving it, and that’s exactly what rarely gets real support. That gap is where my work lives. And because good care doesn’t happen in isolation, I work alongside your GP, psychologist, surgeon and specialists wherever that serves you.

Working together
The programs
I work through structured programs rather than scattered appointments, for a simple reason: real change happens outside the appointment. That’s why good advice alone is never enough, you need structure and scaffolding around your week, your decisions, and your development. My programs are curated, not collections of isolated check-ins: each session builds on the last, following a deliberate architecture that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. And every program is built on my Inside Out approach, working not just on what you eat, but on the patterns, beliefs and identity that decide whether change lasts.
The Inside Out Program
For people on a medically supervised weight loss program. My flagship 12-month program, built for the window this stage creates. Thirteen one-to-one telehealth sessions structured across the year, personalised resources and Inside Out Practices built around your specific patterns, and support between sessions, because the moments that decide your results rarely happen inside an appointment. Together we cover the clinical foundations: losing weight safely, protecting your muscle, managing the medical side well. And then we do the work almost nobody offers. We work at the level of your lifestyle, your identity, and your relationship with sustainability itself: letting go of the all-or-nothing thinking you’ve carried into every previous attempt, and building a steadier, more balanced way of relating to your health, so your results still stand when the medical phase has done its part. This is the program my whole approach was built for.
Bariatric surgery programs
For people preparing for, or living beyond, weight loss surgery. Surgery gives you a powerful tool, and a time-limited window in which to use it. Both of my bariatric programs are built on the same clinically structured first year: fifteen appointments from pre-operative preparation through every stage of your first twelve months, four stage-by-stage guides, and a personalised roadmap. The Transformation Program is my most complete level of care, everything in the first year, plus unlimited support between appointments, resources created specifically for you, and structured check-ins through years two and three, the exact period when research suggests around one in five people experience significant regain, after formal support has usually ended. The Foundations Package provides the complete first-year clinical structure for people confident managing independently between sessions, and you can move up to the Transformation Program at any time. We’ll work out which fits you best on our intro call.
How to begin
Every program starts the same way. Take the free assessment, then we meet for a relaxed intro call, no pressure, no obligation, where I’ll have already read your answers and we’ll work out together whether we’re the right fit and which program serves you best. I take on a limited number of new clients each month, so the assessment is the first step.

Practitioner services
Professional development for clinicians, teams, and organisations

Professional mentoring and clinical supervision
I mentor dietitians, psychologists, and allied health professionals who want to deepen their work with eating behaviour, client engagement, and behaviour change. Mentoring focuses on real clinical challenges and building clarity, confidence, and clinical depth.
Areas often explored include:
Workshops and training
I deliver tailored workshops for clinics and organisations seeking a more psychologically informed approach to nutrition and health. Sessions are practical, clinically grounded, and designed to deepen skill, confidence, and impact
Collaborations and projects
I’m open to collaborating with aligned clinicians, creators, and organisations on thoughtful conversations and meaningful projects. I’m particularly interested in work that explores the intersection of nutrition, psychology, behaviour change, and human wellbeing.
